Why settle for just OK? Rocket your Kratom experience to the next level. This article lists three easy steps to boost your Kratom. 

 

Citrus

Whether you take powder, tea or capsules some form of liquid is required to consume your daily Kratom. Acidic juice can work as a potentiator. This will help the powder break down faster in your stomach. Grapefruit is a great choice however any citrus juice will work. Not only will citrus juice help prolong its can  enhance the effects of Kratom. With the strong flavor profile citrus juice makes for a good mixer as well. These juices cover up the biter flavor of Kratom better than most beverages. 

Fiber

Many suffer from some constipation from kratom. As with anything your body must process it needs water. We will assume you are drinking plenty of water. The next additive may be a natural form of fiber. There are two types of fiber insoluble and water soluble. If you are looking to offset constipation look ta add insoluble fiber. These these include carrots, celery and tomatoes. Psyllium husk contains both soluble and insoluble fiber and is a natural fiber supplement.

Potentiator

Adding a potentiator to your Kratom may lengthen your kratom window and increase its effectiveness. Cayane pepper and turmeric are common and effective options. Cayenne pepper can be difficult to stomach for those who struggle with pepper. If this is the case try turmeric.
